How We Work

I work with my clients as a partner. My goal is to develop a relationship with my client (or team of clients) in order to come up with the best way to achieve their defined success.

Whether this means we'll be working on marketing campaigns, products, or even doing some customer care work…I can analyze issues and problems and together we'll determine what routes we'll take to achieve success.

We'll begin our initial conversation over the telephone, or even at lunch. During our time together, I will get a good idea of what you're is having problems with, and what methods you have applied to the problems or issues.

Next, I will create a plan of action that you and I will work from to address all the problem areas. I'll work with with you on this plan of action—and you will be able to provide me with valuable information in order to tailor a plan specifically for you. I also like to look at each area of the business and ensure everything is successful and working. This way, I can address each problem and prevent the problems from returning in the future.

With each and every client, the methods and goals will be different and custom tailored to fit your specific needs. While I will be working very hard on helping you achieve success, you'll be giving me feedback and letting me know if you want to explore a different direction or if my program is on track with your wants and needs.

This approach includes:

Asking key questions which will define the your vision of success within your practice.
Understanding the methods that have been applied to the particular issues, and what is still missing for a solution to found and applied.
Identifying what areas need to be addressed as a priority.
Creating a tailored plan, and working with you to target and focus on the areas which need to be addressed.

In order to successfully eliminate problems or obstacles, we need to evaluate your vision of success and, how what you're currently doing aligns with this vision. This usually includes services, marketing and customers. None of these can be successful without the others. This is why it's important to address each of them to make sure that the time tested systems are in place and working and the individual areas are successful.
